FORT is back in business, offering a managed collection and delivery service from Monday 27th April.

We’ve been working hard over the past few weeks to ensure that we’re implementing safety systems and procedures in order for us to support our customers who are continuing to work in line with government guidance.  Our key message is that we want to make sure everyone is as safe as possible and to do that we need our customers to contact us, so that we can provide the best possible service for each individual enquiry.

Please do NOT turn up at the yard without agreeing a time in advance.

The safety of our customers, suppliers and contractors as well as the team working on site and behind the scenes is paramount – that’s where we need your help.

We have good stock availability on all products (except multi finish) and we want to work out how to ensure that you get the goods you require, as efficiently as possible.

We’ll deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible and agree a delivery or collection date and time. When turning up for collections your goods will be ready and waiting for you to load (with assistance where needed, providing that it’s safe to do so). Payments for non-account holders will need to be made in advance and wherever possible we want to avoid entry to the shop and office area.

Our delivery team will need to follow all the obvious safety procedures that are vital at this time – please help us by identifying in advance any potential issues at the delivery address.
