As the popularity of composite decking continues to see rapid growth across both homeowners and the commercial sector, new products are regularly entering the market. However, in some cases, this comes at a compromise on quality, with some manufacturers capitalising on the desire of customers who are interested in composite decking but have a limited budget.
As more composite products saturate the market, here’s a guide to composite decking profiles – what you should look for, and what to avoid.
Solid and capped boards
These boards are the gold standard of composite decking, and although the outlay is higher, they’re the best option for long term value.
