How do I set up an account?

There are a few ways for you to set up your account with FORT. You can download an application form and bring it in to our merchants at Membury, come in to our merchants to set up an account with our friendly team or register online.

Benefits of setting up an account?

There are many benefits to opening up an account here at FORT, a personalised account service, controlled by you. See all of your current prices, create quotes, cherry pick & order, organise all your job files and much more.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, BACS transfer, VISA or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.

Where is FORT Builders' Merchant?

We are based at the Membury Industrial Estate in Lambourn Woodlands, conveniently located just off the M4 at exit 14, behind the Westbound services.

What days do you open?

We are open Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm. Although we are closed on weekends & bank holidays FORT will always try it's hardest to get you your materials delivered. Call or email us now - 01488 505 800 | office@fort-m.com.

Where is my delivery?

Due to the nature of our deliveries we cannot confirm an exact time of delivery. We endeavour to meet timing requirements. If you'd like to know more on our deliveries then please either email us using office@fort-m.com or call us on 01488 505 800.

Where do you deliver to?

Serving West Berkshire, South Oxfordshire and North Wiltshire, our knowledge team has over 40 years' experience in the industry - we deliver a comprehensive range of building and fencing goods, with excellent customer service.

What is my order status?

For an update on your order status please log-in using our account portal on the top ribbon. Once logged in you'll see all your orders in one place, alternatively you can either email us using office@fort-m.com or call us on 01488 505 800.

How can I make amendments to my order?

To make any ammendments to your order you can either call us on 01488 505 800 or email office@fort-m.com.

Can I speak to someone about my order?

If you have any questions relating to your order please call us on 01488 505 800 and we will be happy to help. Alternatively head to your account page for an update on your orders status.

Order Acknowledgement

Once you place an order on our website, we will get back to you to confirm we have received it. Our team will then ensure all the details are correct and send a confirmation email once confirmed.

How do I find a specific product?

To find a specific product try using our search bar or menu drop downs. If you're still unable to find that particular product please call us on 01488 505 800 and we will be happy to help.

Do you list all products on your website?

We aim to show all stocked products although in some cases for specialist orders we may not show them live. Head to our specific "Special" pages for a breakdown of what we can order in for you.
