Block and Beam flooring is an increasingly popular system used by small and large house-builders.

It is extremely simple, and uses standard 7N concrete blocks, with a grit sand & cement mix to brush into any gaps.Thanks to its simplicity, most Architects now recommend it for almost all ground floor, and many first floor uses.

The required "T" beams are available in a variety of lengths to suit your build, and available within a few days for delivery to site.
